1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EntranceGuru platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Account Registration

To use our mock test services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services:

• In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs.

Any account found to be sharing access credentials among multiple users will be immediately banned without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, questions database, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EntranceGuru and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India.

5. Modifications to Service

EntranceGuru reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
