STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
Please read this policy carefully. EntranceGuru enforces a strict NO REFUND policy on all subscription plans and services.

1. Digital Nature of Services
EntranceGuru provides digital online services including mock test environments, question banks, and analytics. Due to the immediate access to digital content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind.
2. Subscription Commitments
When you purchase a subscription plan (e.g., 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months), you are committing to the full duration of that plan. Payment is collected upfront.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds if you choose to stop using the platform before your subscription period expires.
- No Accidental Purchase Refunds: All sales are final. Please review your cart and plan selection carefully before completing the Razorpay transaction.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
The only exception to our strict No Refund policy is in the event of a documented, catastrophic technical failure originating solely from our servers that prevents you from accessing your account for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours, and which our support team is unable to resolve. In such rare cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an extension of your subscription duration rather than a monetary refund.
4. Contacting Support
If you encounter technical issues using the platform, our support team is here to assist you. However, technical difficulties on the user's end (e.g., poor internet connection, incompatible device) do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
